• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal or business purposes
• Delivery of digital products is via download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout
• All sales are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
• Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice (changes do not affect completed purchases)

3. Refund Policy

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products.

To request a refund:

• Email support@velocitylabsai.com within 30 days of your purchase
• Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
• We will process your refund within 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not require you to "prove" you tried the product — if you're not happy, we'll make it right.

Free resources (opt-in downloads) are provided at no charge and are not subject to refund requests.
